This is a contest to compete on the "customer service ability" that you have learned in your regular classes.
The ground staff department handles check-in procedures and answers questions from customers who are having trouble at the airport.
The cabin attendant department provides hospitality through conversation with customers while serving drinks!

Many aviation industry companies from nearby airports came to the judges, and they judged us with a professional eye!
The mockup ✈️ that I usually use is filled with professionals working at the airport and on the plane, and the contest is filled with tension.
Still everyoneI did my best to keep smiling! !
Until the day of the event, I practiced a lot in class and after school.
It was really wonderful to overcome the tension and respond with a smile and confidence 👏
