Eligibility for entrance examination (entrance)

(1) Nationality Those with foreign nationality
(2) Educational background A person who falls under either of the following A or B
  • A. Those who have completed or are expected to complete a 12-year course of formal school education in a foreign country by March 2024, 3.
  • B. Those who have completed or are expected to complete by March 12, 2024, a high school designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology under the educational system of less than 3 years.Those who have completed a non-designated course must have completed or are expected to complete a preparatory education course in Japan.
(3) Japanese language ability A person who falls under any of the following A to C
  • A .Students who have enrolled in a regular course of at least 6 months at a Japanese language school recognized by our school and have completed or are expected to complete by March 2024, 3.
  • B. Those who have Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N3 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (international student hotel department)
  • C. Those with Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N2 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (Railway Course/Tourism Course/Bridal Course/Hotel Course/Airline Course Cabin Attendant Major/Airline Course Ground Staff Major)
(4) Attendance rate Applicants who are enrolled in a Japanese language school (including a Japanese language course at a university) or a vocational school in Japan must have an attendance rate of 80% or higher at the time of application.Those who have an attendance rate of 80% or higher at all schools they have attended in Japan.
(5) Laws and school rules Those who can comply with the Immigration Control Act, other Japanese laws, and our school rules while studying in Japan.

(2) Interview test: We will ask about your aptitude for services in the tourism, hotel, and bridal industries and your willingness to study.

*Early application privilege (only for those with a status of residence of “Student”) If you apply by Friday, December 2023, 12, the entrance examination fee of 1 yen will be exempted.

Payment Method

(1) When applying by mail: Pay at the school counter on the day of the examination
(2) Payment when submitting the application form at the school office
*Submitted documents and entrance examination fees will not be returned for any reason.

Application method

Window Please make a reservation in advance and bring it with you when you come to school.
Please submit it to the student counter on the 10nd floor of Building No. 00 of the school between 18:00 and 3:2 on weekdays during the application period.
*Closed from December 12st (Thursday) to January 21th (Thursday).
* If you live far away, we will accept it by mail.Please consult us in advance.

Applicants from overseas

Applicants from overseas are required to undergo a resident eligibility examination at the Osaka Regional Immigration Bureau when entering Japan.
This procedure will be done by our school, so you must prepare the necessary documents and pay the full amount of the first year's tuition at once.
If you pass the examination, a "Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status" will be issued, so please apply for a "Student Visa" at the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate.

*Even if you take the test in Japan, if you have a status of residence such as “Temporary Visitor” or “Working Holiday,” the same procedures as applicants from overseas are required.
